In 2016 K9 Magic [formerly Exning Dog Training Centre] celebrate 30 years of teaching, instructing and training dogs and their owners.
Sue Hough has personally instructed more than 20,000 classes/lessons/workshops and seminars. Many of her pupils have gone on to become instructors and start their own training schools and also to compete successfully in many disciplines.

...We have had some shocking changes! She jumps in the car with no problems at
all, still shakes a little when she knows that's where I'm taking her but
its great that she jumps in. The other day, Marcus' brother Jason came round
and she barked for maybe a minute and then stopped. She let him stroke her
and everything! There was no barking when he stood up to leave either! No
one else has been in, only knocks at the door which she barks at but its

Proud, proud day today. Took Millie for a walk on Hunstanton beach, off the lead, she met lots of dogs, some just in passing but had 4 actual nose to nose greets! I took my standard poodle puppy, Bollie, to Sue’s puppy training classes at Moulton and was impressed by her insight, experience and her patience with both Bollie and myself.
Sue was able to teach me how to get the best responses from Bollie (by positive rewards) and trained us both the correct ways to react in many common situations and with other dogs.
Bollie managed to get his Good Citizen Bronze award and is now a well-adjusted, laid back member of society with good manners and a very sociable behaviour, even though he is a poodle.

My Pug China and I have trained with Sue since China was a puppy over five years ago. I had never trained a dog before and for China to have been awarded her Kennel Club Gold Award says it all. What with a stubborn dog and an owner lacking confidence Sue transformed the pair of us. Sue’s classes are productive, disciplined but most of all fun. She has an uncanny insight into the behaviour of both canines and I have to say humans, bringing about the required harmony between master/mistress and dog. I cannot recommend Sue highly enough. We intend to attend classes well into the future as we learn something new every session and China absolutely loves it. All I can say is “give it a go, you won’t be disappointed and like myself, you may become addicted!”

Having taken my Border Collies as far as I felt I could, and recognising their further potential, a friend recommended I contact Sue Hough.
I can honestly say I have never looked back.
Sue has vast experience in all aspects of Dog training and behaviour, and with her patient, structured reward based approach, I and my Dogs have been able to move further into the realms of Obedience and Working Trials, getting Jed to WD before retirement, and currently working through the process again with my new German Shepherd, Benson.
I didn't realise how much I and my Dogs could achieve, and watching the Dogs enjoy a full and active fun working life is a special pleasure.
